No contract will exist between you and Stirling Coffee for the sale by us to you of any product unless and until Stirling Coffee accepts your order by e-mail, confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Stirling Coffee sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
Stirling Coffee reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Stirling Coffee decides otherwise.
If your goods are incorrect, damaged or otherwise faulty, Stirling Coffee will offer a replacement or refund policy. Please contact us to arrange return of the goods.
If you have changed your mind then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.
Stirling Coffee accepts all major credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed through the Stripe Payment Gateway or Shopify.
All prices shown are including VAT where applicable. For subscription services, Stirling Coffee reserves the right to adjust prices. Stirling Coffee will inform the customer 14 days prior to any adjustments in price.
Customers who have reason to raise a complaint should do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt we will acknowledge the complaints within 7 days and advise the customer as to how long it will take to resolve.
